Gregory Williams is an esteemed attorney within KJK’s Estate, Wealth & Succession Planning group and has extensive experience and comprehensive skillsets across various legal practice areas. With a focus in estate planning, probate, trust and estate administration, guardianship, and elder law, Gregory excels in tailoring personalized strategies that cater to his clients’ unique requirements. His unwavering dedication to defending the rights of individuals in need has made him a highly valued legal advisor for businesses, families and individuals.

Graduating early from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law with his Juris Doctorate, Gregory went on to work at a high level in both the public and private sectors covering a range of issues. These included handling criminal matters as a senior law clerk in the governor’s office, advising Fortune 500 companies with complex regulated transactions, managing and overseeing a $300 million business development program for the State of Ohio, and compassionately advising individuals and families through estate planning and probate matters. His comprehensive background enables him to navigate and provide guidance on a broad spectrum of legal issues, catering to the varied needs of his clients.

With a profound understanding of the sensitive nature surrounding discussions about incapacity and mortality, Gregory prioritizes comprehensive estate planning to prepare for life’s uncertainties. Through meticulous crafting of estate plans, he offers clients a sense of security, allowing them to fully embrace and enjoy present moments with loved ones without the burden of future uncertainties.
