OVERVIEW & EXPERIENCE
Daniel Walsh is an associate in KJK’s Litigation & Arbitration practice group, focusing on general commercial litigation. He earned his Bachelor of Science from The Ohio State University. Daniel earned his Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School, where he graduated fourth in his class with summa cum laude honors and was a seven-time recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Award.
Before joining KJK, Daniel worked as a law clerk at two Columbus law firms. He served as a volunteer judge with the American Moot Court Association at Capital University Law School. Additionally, Daniel was the founder of Buckeyes Assemble which was a social and service student organization at The Ohio State University. He also volunteered with A Moment of Magic, where he visited terminally ill children in hospitals, clinics, and homes as a volunteer character, helping to improve their quality of life through social wellness activities.
Outside of the office, Daniel enjoys playing pickleball, rooting for Boston sports teams, and spending time with friends and family.
