With nearly two decades of experience in recruiting and talent strategy, Melissa brings a relationship-driven and data-informed approach to the hiring process. She oversees full-cycle recruiting, including candidate sourcing, interviews, offer coordination, and onboarding, while maintaining strong relationships with law schools, legal recruiting partners, and professional networks.
