OVERVIEW & EXPERIENCE
Madison White is an Associate at KJK, where she focuses on legal research, analysis, and writing across a variety of practice areas. She works closely with attorneys throughout the firm to support client matters through detailed legal research, drafting, and strategic analysis.
Madison brings a strong foundation in legal writing and scholarship to her practice. Prior to joining KJK, she served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Karen L. Litkovitz of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, where she drafted bench memoranda and judicial orders involving complex federal civil and criminal matters. She also worked as a research assistant at the University of Cincinnati College of Law, supporting public health law scholarship through extensive legal research, citation review, and case law analysis.
While earning her J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, Madison served as an Associate Editor of the University of Cincinnati Intellectual Property and Computer Law Journal and was recognized with the Golden Gavel Award for Student Leadership. She also gained hands-on client experience through the law school’s Patent and Trademark Clinic, where she advised clients, conducted intellectual property research, and prepared legal filings.
Madison earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and holds a Master of Public Administration, as well as bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Political Science, from West Virginia University. She is admitted to practice law in Ohio.
