OVERVIEW & EXPERIENCE

Eva is an attorney in KJK’s Family Law practice, where she represents individuals and families in all aspects of domestic relations, including divorce, dissolution, property division, support matters, and custody matters. Holding law degrees from both the United States and France, Eva brings a unique global perspective to her practice, particularly in cross-border custody disputes, matters governed by the 1980 Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction, and multi-jurisdictional agreements.

Eva has extensive experience navigating complex marital estates—including business interests, investment properties, separate property disputes, and uncovering hidden or misappropriated assets. Eva also advises clients on domestic and foreign prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, providing thoughtful counsel designed to safeguard her clients’ interests with fairness and transparency.

Beyond family law, Eva also handles a broad range of civil litigation matters, including business disputes, contract issues, and asset recovery. Her strategic, results-oriented approach allows her to effectively advocate for clients in both family law and general civil litigation cases.

Outside the office, Eva enjoys playing golf with her husband. A former Division I student-athlete and member of the French national golf team, she also has a deep love of classical music and is a classically trained harpsichordist, having studied at the Conservatoire Francis Poulenc in Tours, France.
