OVERVIEW & EXPERIENCE

Lauren Bollinger is an associate in KJK’s Corporate & Securities and Intellectual Property practices, where she assists businesses with general corporate matters and a range of commercial transactions. Her practice includes supporting clients with corporate governance, business transactions and commercial agreements, with additional experience in intellectual property matters involving trademarks, copyrights and technology.

Lauren first joined KJK as a summer associate during law school and returned to the firm after graduation. She also externed with a New York boutique firm focused on intellectual property, art, entertainment and corporate law, and served as a federal judicial extern in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, where she researched criminal and civil matters pending before the court, drafted orders and memoranda of opinion, and discussed proposed rulings on dispositive motions with the judge.

Lauren earned her law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where she served as editor-in-chief of the Journal of Law, Technology & the Internet and was named a James C. Story Intellectual Property Fellow. She was active in the school’s Intellectual Property Law Association, Sports and Entertainment Law Society, and the Corporate and Finance Law Association. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and art history from the University of Kentucky.
