OVERVIEW & EXPERIENCE

With her extensive background in patent law and her deep interest in entrepreneurship, Stephanie Balla brings unique legal experience to KJK’s Intellectual Property & Technology practice area. Stephanie services companies of all sizes in her efforts to help clients grow and succeed, all while working to keep them appropriately protected in this rapidly changing global business environment.

Stephanie obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree from The Ohio State University, having majored in Biochemistry, before obtaining her Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. Prior to joining KJK, Stephanie focused her profession on patent and trademark law, where she conducted patentability and clearance investigations as well as prepared and prosecuted applications.

Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys traveling, swimming and participating in endurance races, such as Triathlons.
