KJK Associate Laura E. Englehart was quoted in Plain Dealer’s article, “Dealer Tire revs up long-vacant Victory Center in Cleveland’s Midtown.”
“It’s a really big success story when a building that would have failed and gone under will, within three years, have generated the most significant job growth in the corridor,” said Englehart.
KJK’s role was significant in managing the redevelopment of the Victory Center, a historic building in the heart of Midtown Cleveland that is now home to Dealer Tire’s world headquarters. KJK attorneys secured more than $8.5 million in public funding and $15 million in private refinancing, drafted leases and construction agreements, and preserved more than $10 million in both federal and state historic tax credits.
