Tiffany Carwile
Tiffany Carwile brings more than 15 years of litigation experience to her clients, combining a deep command of procedural strategy with a track record of success at the trial and appellate levels. At KJK, Tiffany advises and represents employers, businesses and individuals on employment and commercial matters, from discrimination, wage-and-hour, and FMLA/ADA compliance to non-compete, trade secret, and complex contract disputes. She brings notable appellate experience before the Ohio Supreme Court, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Sixth and Federal Circuits, and the U.S. Supreme Court, along with significant experience in class and collective action defense under the FLSA. Based in KJK’s Columbus office, she serves regional and national businesses, financial institutions, professional service firms, public entities, and individuals.

Kyle Podolak
Kyle Podolak, a member of KJK’s Labor & Employment group, advises employers on hiring, termination, discipline, wage and hour compliance, and workplace policies, with particular experience in discrimination, harassment, retaliation, disability accommodation, and leave issues. Kyle brings a practical, detail-oriented approach to compliance and risk management. He works closely with clients to develop clear, actionable strategies, whether addressing routine compliance questions or navigating more complex workplace challenges.

Max Schubert
Max Schubert, an Associate at KJK, supports clients through legal research, drafting, and strategic analysis across business matters, with prior experience in private practice litigation and a judicial externship with Justice Jennifer Brunner of the Ohio Supreme Court. He graduated summa cum laude from Capital University Law School and was recognized as a member of the Order of the Barristers and earned his B.A. summa cum laude from Bowling Green State University.

Madison White
Madison White is an Associate at KJK focused on legal research, writing, and analysis across practice areas, with prior experience as a judicial intern for U.S. Magistrate Judge Karen L. Litkovitz of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio and work in IP research through UC Law’s Patent and Trademark Clinic. She holds a J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and is admitted to practice in Ohio.
