KJK is pleased to announce that attorney Kirsten Bordis Mooney has been named to the Federation of Defense Corporate Counsel (FDCC) Ladder Down Cleveland class of 2022.
Ladder Down is a year-long program that provides direct training and career development through a combination of coaches, sponsors and participants to empower women lawyers in three critical areas: leadership, business development and mentoring. Throughout the year, Kirsten will participate in monthly large group training sessions and periodic small group accountability sessions.
Kirsten is an Associate in the Labor & Employment and Employment & Severance Negotiations groups at KJK. She represents both companies and individuals and counsels her clients in all aspects of labor and employment issues. Kirsten also has significant experience representing her clients in all stages of litigation in both federal and state court, as well as before arbitrators and various administrative agencies.
Outside of her legal practice, Kirsten is a member of the Rainbow Babies and Children’s Foundation Associate Board and lives in Westlake, Ohio with her husband and their daughter.
