Lauren Bollinger is an associate in KJK’s Corporate & Securities and Intellectual Property practices, where she assists businesses with general corporate matters and a range of commercial transactions. Her practice includes supporting clients with corporate governance, business transactions and commercial agreements, with additional experience in intellectual property matters involving trademarks, copyrights, and technology. Lauren earned her law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.

About Anna Mester
Anna Mester is an associate in KJK’s Litigation & Arbitration practice group, where she represents businesses and individuals in a range of commercial disputes. Her practice includes legal research and analysis, discovery, motion practice and other aspects of developing and advancing litigation strategy. Anna earned her Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.

About Holly Perzynski
Holly Perzynski is a research and writing associate at KJK, supporting attorneys firmwide with legal research, drafting and strategic analysis. She joined the firm from Shaker Heights Municipal Court, where she served as a law clerk, and her prior experience includes health law clinic work and international human rights research. Holly served as Deputy Executive Director of the Middle East Accountability Project, formerly the Yemen Accountability Project, and is a contributing author to its published reports on the Yemen civil war. She earned her J.D., cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
