A Note from Managing Partner Jon Pinney

As we welcome 2026, I want to thank our clients, colleagues, and business partners for the meaningful partnerships and connections that shaped our work throughout the past year. Together, we strengthened long-standing relationships, built new ones, and continued to grow a firm where collaboration and thoughtful counsel remain at the center of everything we do.

Over the past year, we made steady progress by growing our team, expanding our capabilities, and investing in the people and resources that support our clients and our work. I am proud of what we have accomplished together and grateful for the opportunity to work alongside you.

On behalf of all of us at KJK, thank you for your continued partnership. We look forward to continuing this collaboration and building shared success in 2026 and beyond.

2026 Recognitions

27 KJK Attorneys Recognized in 2025 Ohio Super Lawyers® and Rising Stars® Lists

KJK is pleased to announce that 27 of the firm’s attorneys have been selected by their legal community peers for inclusion in the 2026 Ohio Super Lawyers® and Rising Stars® lists. Congratulations to our honorees!

Our summer associates are encouraged to attend monthly practice group meetings and are often invited to bar association events, client meetings, negotiation and drafting sessions, depositions, trials, pre-trials and other events. Our summer program is a unique opportunity for the right student, not only to learn from the inside out about our varied and challenging legal practice, but to forge what we hope will be a rewarding and long-lived relationship.
