CLEVELAND, OHIO – July 21, 2025 KJK congratulates Park Place Technologies on the successful grand opening of its new state-of-the-art Global Headquarters in Highland Heights, Ohio. From initial planning through completion, KJK served as a key partner in helping bring this transformational project to life.

Park Place Technologies, a global leader in data center services, marked the occasion with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Thursday, July 17, 2025. We were proud to have KJK Managing Partner Jon Pinney on stage with Highland Heights Mayor Chuck Brunello, Jr and Park Place Technologies CEO Chris Adams for the ribbon cutting that officially opened the $90-million campus.

KJK Managing Partner Jon Pinney and Partner Richard Morehouse worked closely with Park Place to guide the project through complex legal, real estate, and economic development matters. KJK played a critical role in securing public incentives, conducting financial modeling, and aligning redevelopment strategy with Park Place’s long-term growth objectives.

The $90-million campus spans two former Progressive Insurance properties, with Park Place now occupying 330,000 square feet. The newly unveiled headquarters includes more than 450 cutting-edge workstations, 63 training workstations, and 122 private offices. In August 2024, Highland Heights City Council approved a 10-year, 50-percent property tax abatement applying only to the increase in the property’s value. In addition, a job creation incentive will provide Park Place with $400,000 per year for each of 10 years, contingent upon meeting an annual payroll target of $45 million.

KJK is honored to have supported Park Place Technologies in each phase of this project, helping to deliver a modern headquarters that strengthens both the company’s global presence and the regional economy.
