KJK’s team is growing and we are pleased to welcome Associate Amanda D. Lauer to our Real Estate Practice Group and Research and Writing Associate Anna L. Seiger to our Litigation Practice Group.
Amanda brings nearly 10 years of experience in the legal industry. She works with both large and small businesses on a wide variety of real estate matters, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, closings and title and survey review. She is also skilled in negotiations related to the acquisition and disposition of real estate properties. Amanda graduated from Akron School of Law in 2013 where she was ranked fifth in her class. “I know for a fact that she is a star and could have gone to any number of firms, so it is a big win for us,” says Partner Matt T. Viola.
As a 2016 graduate from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, Anna comes to KJK with high recommendations after holding the position of extern for the Civil Division of the US Attorney’s Office. Anna represents individuals, families and businesses of all sizes in a wide array of complex commercial and business litigation. She has experience throughout all phases of the litigation process including discovery, document review, pre- and post-trial motion practice and appellate advocacy.
