KJK is pleased to announce that Partner Kyle Stroup has been named to the Cleveland Bridge Builders Class of 2027. This esteemed civic leadership development program, offered by the Cleveland Leadership Center, brings together outstanding mid-career professionals from the nonprofit, corporate civic and public sectors. Through the 10-month program, Kyle will work collaboratively and in small groups with his fellow Bridge Builders classmates to hone leadership and communication skills and complete a Leadership Action Project geared toward civic improvement.
As a member of KJK’s eCommerce and Litigation & Arbitration practice groups, Kyle advises brands and businesses on brand protection, enforcement strategy and eCommerce compliance. He regularly represents brands in disputes against unauthorized resellers and counterfeit sellers, deploying a combination of litigation, platform enforcement and internal policy tools to protect brand integrity and market position. Kyle works closely with clients to develop proactive enforcement programs, not just responding to infringement, but building the frameworks that deter it.
Kyle has been recognized in the Ohio Super Lawyers Rising Stars edition each year since 2023. He also serves on the American Cancer Society Discovery Ball Trustee Committee and the Cleveland Golf Classic Trustee Committee.
