OVERVIEW & EXPERIENCE
As Director of Creative Services at KJK, Zoe Markus leads the firm’s visual identity and creative strategy across brand, digital, advertising, and experiential platforms. She partners closely with attorneys, marketing, and firm leadership to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling design that supports business development, client engagement, and brand consistency.
Zoe brings a thoughtful, detail-driven approach to creative direction, overseeing everything from brand standards and campaign visuals to website design and page development, presentations, and client-facing materials. Her work plays a key role in ensuring KJK’s creative output reflects the firm’s values while remaining modern, cohesive, and adaptable across audiences and platforms.
Outside of day-to-day design execution, Zoe focuses on refining creative operations, managing select client-associated design efforts, and improving cross-functional collaboration to strengthen the firm’s overall brand presence and impact.
