OVERVIEW & EXPERIENCE
Hannah Albion is a general commercial litigator who operates in state and federal courts across the country, with a focus on intellectual property litigation and enforcement of intellectual property (trademarks and copyrights). Hannah is dedicated to resolving her clients’ most critical issues effectively and successfully.
Working with KJK’s Internet Defamation and Content Removal practice group, Hannah focuses on John Doe lawsuits to unmask individuals targeting and defaming multi-million dollar companies and executives. She is also skilled in handling unfair competition, false advertising, and market manipulation cases, particularly those involving competitors targeting name brands on e-commerce platforms.
Hannah is a key strategist in each case, actively participating in every stage of litigation. She has extensive experience negotiating settlements and finding unique solutions to the complex challenges faced by large companies. Additionally, she advises on and drafts policies to help brands prepare for successful enforcement measures against competitors and unauthorized resellers.
Hannah assists in advising and enforcing platform policies, guidelines and legal enforcement remedies for brands selling on Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Target, Etsy, Facebook, TikTok, Temu and Instagram. She also works with clients on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook content removal requests and has experience in domain name takedown requests.
In her intellectual property practice, Hannah helps clients establish their brand names through federal and state trademark applications. As a commercial litigator, she supports the firm’s general commercial litigation practice, which includes partnership disputes, real estate litigation, products liability, and breach of contract cases, among other complex commercial litigation matters.
Originally from Fort Myers, Florida, Hannah enjoys spending her free time exploring Cleveland’s outdoors and discovering the city’s vibrant food scene as a dedicated foodie.
