OVERVIEW & EXPERIENCE

As a Senior Analyst in KJK’s Economic Development & Incentives practice group, Abigail Logar develops and models the economic impacts of major development projects and M&A transactions. She prepares financial analyses, economic impact studies and fiscal reports that assist clients in securing non-traditional financing and long-term project value. Abigail helps structure public finance instruments, draft proposed incentive terms and create models that reflect evolving regulatory and market trends.

Before joining KJK, Abigail served as Manager of Research at Team NEO, the JobsOhio regional partner for Northeast Ohio, where she led an economic development research team supporting business consultants, site selectors, government officials, workforce developers and higher education leaders with data analysis and reporting to help guide actionable regional development strategies.

Abigail received her Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in Business Administration from Ohio University.
