Eva is an attorney in KJK’s Family Law practice, where she represents individuals and families in divorce, dissolution, property division, support, and custody matters, along with a range of civil litigation matters. Holding law degrees from both the United States and France, she brings a global perspective to cross-border custody disputes, matters governed by the 1980 Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction, and multi-jurisdictional agreements
