KJK proudly hosted Josh during the 2025-2026 school year as part of the Saint Martin de Porres Corporate Work Study Program. A rising junior, Josh supported KJK’s Office Services team, gaining hands-on experience in a professional setting while developing valuable workplace skills.
The Corporate Work Study Program provides students with early exposure to the working world, preparing them for life beyond high school through meaningful placements with local businesses and organizations. KJK is honored to support this mission and provide a space where students like Josh can grow, contribute and explore potential career paths.

At the conclusion of his internship, Josh shared a creative reflection on his experience, highlighting his enthusiasm and growth throughout the year:

I take out staples and paperclips every time they come my way
Purging is fun with a nice hello and hey
My supervisor always comes to raise the day
Jillian has always made my day
Of her nice personality and your joyful ways
Let blessings come with her every sway
Lowering stress and anger coming her way
Her charismatic personality has made it a pleasure to come each day
And I hope she will soon be in a comfortable place with love, peace, and joy shining through her face
Never forgetting how she is amazing every time she wakes
Great spirit comes with work, but I think I do ok
Even if it’s a lot I still learn each day
Let light shine through the dark and always raise our days
So that we can never be afraid of any staples or paperclips coming our way
