KJK is proud to announce that Managing Partner Jon Pinney has again been named to the 2024 Crain’s Cleveland “Power 150” list. Featuring CEOs, entrepreneurs, politicians, philanthropists and others, the prestigious list provides a snapshot of those who lead some of Northeast Ohio’s most influential organizations and are in a position to move the region forward. Jon was previously included in both the 2017, 2020 and 2022 versions.
The feature highlighted Jon’s latest projects, stating:
“Pinney’s stature continues to grow as he embellishes his role as an attorney with other growing investments such as expanding TurnDev, a real estate development company where he also serves as managing partner. TurnDev has another warehouse-to-apartment project to undertake in the Superior Arts District, one to finish up and recently jumped in as the development manager for the James Kassouf family’s stalled $200 million plan to convert Erieview Tower to primarily apartments and a W Hotel.”
According to Crain’s, there were no specific criteria used in selecting those on the “Power 150,” list, nor were they chosen through a nomination process. Rather, the editorial staff collectively gathered names, taking into consideration each person’s role in Northeast Ohio and that of their organization.
