As KJK’s Managing Partner, Jon leads the firm’s experienced team of attorneys and staff in serving a wide array of clients including privately held businesses, entrepreneurs, non-profit organizations and high net-worth families. Jon also has extensive experience in real estate development, construction and property management, acquisition and financing of properties across the country, as well as construction agreements, construction financing and landlord-tenant agreements. Jon started his career as a litigator handling high-profile complex cases on behalf of publicly-traded companies. Today, he assists his privately-held clients in managing “bet the business” complex cases and investigations around the country.
