KJK is pleased to welcome Senior Director of Business Development Margaret Jordan, Director of Business Development & Innovative Client Programs Stephanie Pallai and Business Development Specialist Kelsey Givens to the firm. Together, they form KJK’s new Business Development Team and will be integral in pushing lead generation and revenue growth for the firm.
Margaret Jordan brings more than 15 years of business development expertise to KJK. With an extensive network throughout Northeast Ohio, she works with partners and other key firm leaders to develop successful revenue generation campaigns. Margaret is experienced in business development strategy, lead generation, project management and growth development for businesses. Her industry experience includes work with manufacturers, contractors, private equity firms, agribusinesses and more.
Stephanie Pallai is an experienced business development and sales professional with an eye for creativity and identifying growth opportunities. Prior to her work in the legal industry, she helped lead sales efforts for one of the largest senior living providers in the country. Stephanie will champion the firm’s innovative client programs, including Connective Counsel and the GC program, and lead efforts to create a more streamlined experience for clients.
Kelsey Givens has a wealth of experience working on in-house business development and marketing teams for legal professionals. Driven by the desire to achieve results for the firm and its clients, she is passionate about working with her colleagues to find ways to optimize processes and create new workflows to promote and support continued growth.
