Samantha Cira is an associate at KJK, where she works within the firm’s Corporate & Securities, Real Estate, Private Equity, M&A and Start-Ups & Capitalization practice groups. She counsels lower middle market businesses and private equity firms in Greater Cleveland and beyond on their day-to-day needs, including business structuring, investment management, and contract negotiations.
Samantha also guides buyers and sellers in navigating the purchase or sale of their business, with experience handling transactions ranging from a million dollars to hundreds of millions of dollars. Her work is particularly focused on helping clients expand portfolios through acquisitions or streamline operations through favorable sales.
Beyond her legal practice, Samantha is committed to professional and community leadership. She serves on the executive committee for Ladder Down Cleveland, where she leverages her skills and experience to empower women in the legal profession and broader business community.
Samantha earned her Juris Doctor from Cleveland State University College of Law, graduating summa cum laude.
Outside of work, Samantha enjoys theater, cooking, reading and exploring Cleveland breweries. She stays active by hiking, cycling and spending time with her dog, Noah.
