OVERVIEW & EXPERIENCE

Michael is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in commercial litigation, focusing on business, construction, and contract disputes. His expertise encompasses all facets of civil litigation, including drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, as well as conducting thorough legal research to ensure effective representation of his clients’ interests.

Michael’s practice is both broad and far-reaching. Before joining KJK, he worked on e-discovery related to adversarial proceedings from the liquidation of a high-profile investment advisory firm and represented individuals who sustained catastrophic injuries in accidents.

Recognizing the stresses and constraints litigation can impose, Michael is known for his empathetic approach to navigating his clients’ legal challenges. This sensitivity allows him to balance business needs with strategic advice on complex issues, guiding clients towards optimal outcomes.

Outside of the office, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife, Samantha, and their dog, Jack. He and Samantha love attending concerts, traveling, and trying new restaurants. Michael also enjoys weightlifting, cooking, and playing golf or pickleball.
