Melissa Sheridan is Director of Recruiting at KJK, where she leads attorney and professional staff recruiting in support of the firm’s growth and client service goals. She works closely with firm leadership to identify hiring needs, guide recruiting strategy, and support long-term workforce planning.
With nearly two decades of experience in recruiting and talent strategy, Melissa brings a relationship-driven and data-informed approach to the hiring process. She oversees full-cycle recruiting, including candidate sourcing, interviews, offer coordination, and onboarding, while maintaining strong relationships with law schools, legal recruiting partners, and professional networks.
Before joining KJK, Melissa held leadership roles in recruiting and consulting, where she advised organizations on solving complex talent challenges, scaling teams and improving hiring effectiveness.
