Jessica Groza brings more than 13 years of legal experience to her practice at KJK, where she works at the intersection of finance and business strategy. She concentrates on commercial financing transactions, representing banks and other financial institutions, as well as public and private companies, in connection with secured and unsecured credit facilities.

Jessica regularly advises clients on the structuring, documentation and negotiation of a wide range of credit arrangements, including syndicated and multi-bank senior credit facilities, single-lender deals, asset-based lending structures, and subordinated credit facilities. Her practice extends to complex financing matters involving cross-border and multi-currency transactions, as well as acquisition financing and deals within the healthcare and real estate sectors.
