Bethany Spain is a Partner in KJK’s Labor & Employment practice group, where she brings a pragmatic and strategic approach to helping employers navigate complex workplace issues. With over two decades of experience spanning both in-house and law firm roles, Beth counsels clients on employment litigation, compliance, internal investigations, risk management and day-to-day workforce and other business matters.
Before joining KJK, Beth served as Vice President, Associate General Counsel for Litigation & Risk at a Fortune 500 retailer, where she oversaw the employment, litigation and insurance functions. Her in-house career also includes legal roles at Ascena Retail Group, Nationwide Children’s Hospital and Honda. She began her legal career as a litigation associate at Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP.
