OVERVIEW & EXPERIENCE

Jessica Wiedemann brings more than 13 years of legal experience to KJK. She focuses her practice on commercial financing transactions, representing banks and other financial institutions, as well as public and private companies, in connection with secured and unsecured credit facilities.

Jessica has significant experience structuring, documenting and negotiating syndicated, multiple bank senior credit facilities, single-lender facilities, asset-based facilities, and subordinated credit facilities. Additionally, she has experience in cross-border and multi-currency transactions, acquisition financing, and healthcare and real estate financing transactions.

Jessica is admitted to practice in Ohio.
