Overview

Over his more than 20 years with KJK, Ari’s legal work has spanned a broad range of litigation, arbitration and corporate matters for individuals, investment firms, banks, manufacturers, real estate developers, title companies and businesses ranging in size from start-ups to publicly traded Fortune 500 companies. His substantive experience is diverse and includes securities, insurance, real estate, employment, ethics, professional liability and healthcare law.

Prior to joining KJK, Ari served as in-house counsel for a major health insurance company and then was associated with a small law firm, all along creating client relationships that have spanned decades. He has earned a reputation among his clients for being able to tackle even the most complex cases requiring multifaceted negotiations, trials, arbitrations, mediations and appeals.

Ari has served as Special Counsel to the State of Ohio.

Civic involvement and volunteerism have been an integral part of Ari’s life with much of his work benefiting the Jewish community. He has held leadership positions with the Jewish Federation of Cleveland, Mandel Jewish Community Center, Fuchs Mizrachi School, Green Road Synagogue, Cleveland Hillel Foundation and the Cleveland Jewish News.
